Threatened and humiliated by 2 people who are supposed to protect me as one of the Galleria Mall employees.
My husband and myself were threatened, humiliated by 2 armed response security guards of the Servest Company at the Galleria Mall on Tuesday 23 December 2025 around 18h45 driving a vehicle with number plate LP79ZL GP.

Pathetic service
The most pathetic internet provider I've ever had to deal with. It's been 72 hours with not internet access was told that my area can not be serviced because technicians fear for their lives how is it possible that upon installation they don't because I've had Voma for only 1 month. I'm beyond disappointment I've lost so much money already and to be told that there's no turnaround time makes me so anxious really

192 hours later I'm still waiting for a technician
Such pathetic service I mean how am I and my family expecting to go with our daily lives without internet for 8 flippin days. I logged a call on my landline being down on the 20th of November which is exactly 8 days ago and received an sms on the 21st stating my query has been received and the turn around time is 120 hours a weeks later which is 192 hours I'm still sitting with no internet and my debit is going off on Friday. I mean who can survive without internet for 8 days in their household. I've lost clients because of this and I'm beyond frustrated. Can this matter urgently or I'm taking my services elsewhere and making sure that no family member or friend of mine ever does any business with telkom.

Thank you so so so much for the EXCELLENT SERVICE from you and the entire team of people that you referred me to. I had my doubts about insurance companies since this was our 1st time claiming and had heard a lot of negative stories about them but you guys made the whole process a breeze and I'm so grateful. Words cannot express my gratitude. I definitely feel thay we made the RIGHT CHOICE by choosing OUTsurance. Thank you to Qaasin (not sure about the spelling) and lastly thank you to Anton Erasmus.
