Ordered an item to be delivered with Fast Way Couriers. Item was supposed to be delivered 12 Dec, the latest tracking update showed that the package was released 5 Dec, and nothing afterwards. Contacted them via WhatsApp, and was told that the next available consultant would contact me, that was yesterday 15 Dec. They do courtesy contact you if a package is delayed. They do not respond to enquiries, except for useless AI. They do not stick to delivery dates. And they do not contact you, even if you manage to get their WhatsApp AI to realize its responses are inadequate, and a consultant is required. Consultants do not get back to you. I ordered this so that it would be delivered a week in advanced, now I'm going on holiday, and Christmas presents are probably lost in their warehouse since 5 Dec. Useless and *********** Courier, thanx for spoiling our holiday and Christmas.,
I had an incident in January 2025 with Servest. They would not allow me to exit route 21 Office Park without a letter from a company (I don't even work for a company there, and just dropped someone off)... South Africa Security Regulations wrt Private Property clearly spells out the only circumstances that they are allowed to detain me without my consent. But, the Law does not apply to Servest and their guards, apparently they are above it. Servest phoned and apologized. And said that they will correct their guards and clear up the situation. Today 26 Nov 2025, I had to go and sign papers at Route 21. I was stopped at the gate, told that I have been blocked, and it was said out loud that I did wrong things when I was last there. So, wanting Servest to adhere to the legal regulations is apparently wrong. So, I was made to look like a ******** in front of the other people, and the papers had to be brought outside for me to sign, making me look more like a ********... But there's more. The person who I dropped off previously, the person who was not with me when the incident occurred, the person who's car was not at work that day; Their vehicle was blocked too. So, apparently the above the law Mr Johan Buurman, decided just because I want Servest to adhere to the law, they will be petty and block someone's car, who has been working there for 7 years, just for associating with me. This is how professional Servest is. So this bafoon is making the current working life of another person hell. just because I had a problem with them adhering to SA Legal Regulations. Pathetic Now please provide a legal reason for me being blocked. And hoe it was a crime for me to exit without a letter from a company (for whom I neither work nor had an appointment). What legal rights to restrict my movement does this company have according to Servest? I ID'd myself, disclosed my reason for being there, did not refuse to be searched, and was not suspect to having committed a crime inside. So what legal reason is there for my ban???
Had an incident this morning. I was not allowed to exit, although I had my ID, Drivers Liscence and Vehicle disc. I now need a letter..? So my legal right to movement was restricted. Apparently not having an exit letter gives Route 21 the right to detain you. There rules are Apparently higher than the laws of South Africa, and if you don't comfort to their rules, they will trample on the Law and your Rights. The entitlement, and superiority of their manager. When he arrived I expected someone reasonable, but no... He emediately escalated a situation with his plain rude behavior and raised voice. This is truly unprofessional, I can't believe they allow such a person in what I expected to be a professional Buseness Park. To be honest, I could have de-escalated the situation. But, after speaking with 3 security personnel at the gate, I was aggetated, since I just wanted to leave. I mean was complying and was willing to provide my documents. When I later comp****, fetched and gave them a letter, they again now had an issue with the letter... But I think it was Mr Rude on a power trip, really unprofessional. Then I hear over the radio, from the Mr rude ***x, that I will no longer be allowed to enter and scan in on my own if I go there again.... So the problem was created, since I wasn't scanned in, and now the "genius" is enforcing problems, but not allowing me to scan in again.... Small man power trip, not professional. I bet he will now try to punish the person I dropped off, or their company... This is really laughable and pathetic behavior. So I truly hope the higher management of Route 21 sees this, and acts against this person, and doesn't allow this person to punish other people for this incident. I was never rude, violent, nor did I even swear, in case you are wondering. And your cameras can show that I was cooperating at first, until I was delayed, and finally got off my bike... and only started demanding my constitutional rights then... and then Mr Rude arrived... Old, white, baldish, guy, think his name is Jaco, might be mistaken...
Just had an incident with servest security at Route 21 Office Park. I say security, but it's more goons for hire. They *******ly detained me, not allowing me to leave, eventhough I didn't commit any violation. So, I had to forfeit my rights and give into their demands just to be released. The delay cost me hours. My offense apparently was that my vehicle wasn't scanned in, and I could therefore not leave. Apparently this gave them the right to detain me??? And restrict my movement??? To he'll with my constitutional rights. No crime, no appollogy, no basic respect... just trampling on rights. They did call and inform Bull security, that came out, very professional. They were also confused, as to why I was not allowed to exit. Since I had all my and my vehicles identification papers.

Joined the Hennopsveiw Planet Fitness (do not have access to other Planet Fitness Centers) with my Wife, since it was close to home and they had a creche to look after the kids. We made it clear to the sale consultant that the creche was the reason for joining that branch.<br> Now the creche will be closed.... This is terms of service that will no longer be delivered, and I want to end the contract because it will now be impossible for me and my wife to go gym together... Unless we have to pay extra for babysitters... <br> I phoned the head office, was denied to speak to a manager when the consultant could not assist me, and she even dropped the call when I asked to speak to someone else...<br> Now they expect me to drive kilometers further to another gym through heavy traffic areas to go gym at a center with a creche... Or pay a NORMAL cancellation fee, for their mess up...<br> This inconsiderate behavior, rude service center operators, and abuse of contractual agreements is what Planet Fitness head office is all about!!!!<br> You can also try e-mailing them... but I am still awaiting a reply...<br>
