No Customer service and bad workmanship

in August 2019 i had a repair done by Seven Seas Pools with a 7 year warranty. In November 2023 pool started leaking and i called Contractor again to come a look at the repair. at the time Contractor came for site inspection he could not remember he remarblelited the pool previously so when he saw the crack and i explained to him that it was repaired previously he only had bad things to say about the work done. when i showed him the invoice and the pictures of the work completed and showed it was infact him; he went all quite and red faced and advised if i did not have proof of the repairs he would have not entertained any discussion. Needless to say they didn't want to incur costs of repairing pool again so he sent one of the laborers to fill the crack with under water expoxy glue. That has now lasted for 1 year. When i tried calling contractor again now they initially took my call. but when i explained that is was against a repair they had done previously they cut the line and do not answer me , and have not returned any of my messages.
