Online Business Fraud

We Purchased Face Masks for COVID-19 in March 2020, we Requested that prior to Delivery we should be Called. They Failed to Call on 2 Occasions & Came to Deliver. The First Delivery they Hooted outside & Left within 30 Seconds. I have Emailed & Messaged them however they do not Respond or Call Back. The Contact Number that They Advertise does not Work. We have Emailed them to Cancel the Order with a Full Refund, Will Advise if They Run Away with our Monies.
