Anew Benoni. Poor Service & Bad Food
We are on a Course using Anew Benoni. The Facility is not Good. The Food is Really Bad. Not sure Why we Ended up Using this Hotel.

Law on Call will Leave you in Trouble
We Called FNB Law on Call on Monday wanting to Change Plan. FNB Promised to call the Next Day. Today is four days Later. FNB still hasn't Called. Absolutely Ridiculous and Unacceptable.

Coleslaw Flatbread plus 3 Tiny Pieces of Chicken.
Was at the Ormonde Nando's yesterday. Ordered the New. Cabo Sosati Flatbread. No. No. Nando's. Don't Rob People. Flatbread had Only Coleslaw & 3 Small Pieces of Chicken. Don't Usually go to Nando's. Yesterday was my Last. When I Compared what I got to what they Advertised. Day Light *******. Extremely Disappointed.

Was at The Glen Yesterday. After we Finished our shopping as we were about to Leave. Most Parking Pay Stations were Offline / Down. The only one working only accepted Cash. After walking from end to end and finally to one that works. Standing in the Longest Que only to thereafter go to the Atm to withdraw money. Absolutely Ridiculous and Unacceptable. This was on the 7th of December 2024.

No Customer Care
My Contact was 50/50. Vox increased my Account to 100/100 without my Concent. From R850 to R900. Emailed Ms Naidoo to Correct my account and Adjust my Account showing Credit. Was not Done. There is no Customer Care at Vox. It's now SUNDAY Evening 20:24. Just did a Speed Test. 10/5 is what it Shows. There's just no Customer Care Here. Extremely Disappointed.

I'm on the 50/50 but I'm being charged R899. The Price Alignment shows I should pay R709. Requested Assistance but as Usual Vox does not have Customer Care. R899 for 50/50 is Extremely Expensive when Compared to Other Service Providers. Yes. I feel I am being ******. My Fee should be R709. Awaiting Customer Service to Assist.
