After 3 months Minty's Midrand (Ebrahim) sorted out the mess Muhammad and staff did to my rims. I had no response from anyone at the Glen Branch upto today. Ebrahim from Midrand Branch is the only one that had the decency to respond to complaint

I was disappointed in the customer service, I received from a young male teller. No greeting even when greeted first. Only thing g he wanted to know was if I wanted a plastic bag. Also never bothered to say thank you. The music in the store is also extremely loud.

Formal Complaint Regarding TymeBank Service – Glen Mall Pick n Pay Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the service I received at the TymeBank kiosk at Pick n Pay Glen Mall. I visited the kiosk on multiple occasions to replace my expired TymeBank card. During these visits, the service I received from a staff member named Eirien was extremely poor. There was a clear lack of urgency, poor communication, and no effort to properly explain the issue or assist us in a way that a customer could understand. The overall attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Eventually, the Pick n Pay store manager kindly offered to fetch my mother and me so that he could personally assist us in resolving the matter, which he did. While I appreciate the manager’s intervention, it was disappointing that the situation had to escalate to that level before we received proper assistance. Throughout the interaction, the staff member showed no remorse and did not offer an apology. The experience made us feel as though we were inconveniencing her, rather than being assisted as customers. I believe customer service roles require professionalism, clear communication, and respect. This experience fell far below that standard. I trust that this complaint will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately, as there are many capable and willing individuals who would value such an opportunity and serve customers with care and respect. Folks, just a heads-up to anyone in the South of Johannesburg, especially those paying parking tickets with a debit card at The Glen Mall. Today I was ****med out of R1 000 at The Glen Mall. I swiped my card at the parking ticket vending machine to pay a R10 parking ticket, and a few minutes later I noticed a separate R1 000 transaction that went through to a Software/Games merchant. You can imagine how frustrating it was calling the parking department, only to be told I must wait until tomorrow to report it to the manager (Casper). Thankfully my bank, Capitec, stepped in quickly after I reported it via WhatsApp. They assigned an agent, Puseletso, who assisted me promptly. Please make a habit of checking your SMS notifications after shopping. If I had a lot of messages on my phone, I could easily have missed this *****ulent transaction.

This is a pathetic mall to drive around to park and exit. The entrance towards Value.Co is misleading as it shows the arrow to enter but is actually the exit!! Also the one way lanes prolong getting to the exit. The speed humps are irregular as it almost caused my car to roll. I went to change an item for R38 & paid R10 for parking. What logic is that? I shop often at the Clearwater Mall and it's a pleasure to find my way around the entrance and exit. It alows an hour free parking and R10 up to 5 hours parking. Why can't customers be allowed to park an hour fee at the Glen? It's not even under cover parking. I called the management office twice. With the first call, the lady was transferring me to the parking office but the call got cut. With the second call, I asked again to speak to the mall manager but to no avail. The lady took down my name and number and I am hoping that someone would care enough to call me back.

THE store I rate it with 5 star I was served by Feza and Lydia with so much smiles and patience because it took time to activate my account because of system error by the cashiers were so much patient to it

It’s impossible to pay for a parking ticket. The card machine facilities don’t work. I tried 4 different machines. Had to call several times before getting assistance
