Bad Customer Relations
I was disappointed in the customer service, I received from a young male teller. No greeting even when greeted first. Only thing g he wanted to know was if I wanted a plastic bag. Also never bothered to say thank you. The music in the store is also extremely loud.0 replies

TFG not what they promise to be insurance wise. Choose another insurance
TFG offers insurance that will disappoint you and diminish your hard-earned money and your very precious time. If you are to insure for dental or jewelry which is normally proposed to you by American Swiss or Sterns. Rather opt for another insurance. They are stringent in collecting and notifying you about meagre amounts like R50 or less even though you have been a client for more than 2 decades and a very good paying client. I am so glad that good quality and more affordable goods are available in the malls today and I may be relieved of enslavement to this brand. I am so disappointed.0 replies
