Terrible service
I paid for overnight delivery. Delivery arrived the next day as promised, but with someone else's package.
I sent an email explaining the mixup, and instead of saying when they will be delivering my package, they ask me twice to *print out* the delivery details and waybill of the person who should have received the package instead.
They say I should address the package for them.
As though I have a printer on hand.
No commitment as to when I'll be receiving my package. Just requests to address their deliveries for them.
And, of course, no offers of a discount or refund for my time.
Terrible service.

We sincerely apologize for the mix up but unfortunately human error is possible. The waybill you are referring to is the waybill necessary for the incorrect parcel (that was delivered to you) to be collected from you and returned to Sexy Curves. We have not requested that you send parcels on our behalf to other customers. As we understand it is not possible for the waybill to be printed, we did explain that this is not an issue, and that the driver collecting the parcel from you will then manually complete the waybill for return to the correct address (Sexy Curves). Your order was placed today (11 July) and the correct order will be delivered tomorrow afternoon (which is next day delivery), along with collection of the incorrect order - so you are still getting next day delivery as per your order. The first email that we received from you informing us of the incorrect order was at 15:42, and this review left at 16:39 leaving us less than an hour to communicate with you effectively on other possible steps to remedy this situation.
