I ordered a motorcycle jacket from SGI Motorcycle Gear via their online store, but I have serious concerns about their customer service and transparency. Before completing the order, I contacted Jasmin, who is listed as the Customer and Retail Sales Manager, to request more information about the accuracy of sizing — a reasonable query when buying riding gear online.
Unfortunately, my messages were completely ignored. I received no feedback or assistance, despite multiple attempts. This kind of behavior raises serious red flags for me — it feels like the company is only interested in taking your money and offers zero post-sale support or accountability.
The lack of response gives the impression of a potentially deceptive or ********* business. I am now left questioning whether I will even receive the product I paid for, and whether it will be usable due to sizing issues.
Until SGI addresses this matter, I cannot recommend them to other riders or customers.
