No one wants to help with a broken stove.

In June 25, I bought a new stove via Amazon. The oven does not work. It's an obec 6 burner gas stove. According to s&h it's not their problem. I don't have an invoice as 1 never arrived with the stove. I have my bank statement as proof of purchase

How do I get it replaced or repaired..
