One cannot review the customer service as its non existent. Ordering of parts takes up to 4 weeks and when you try track the order - the phones are unmanned (Middle of the day) and if (after multiple attempts) you finally manage to get someone to answer they are completely disinterested and just regurgitate a scripted answer. If you google the code for the (Kenwood) parts you require on-line, you will find the identical products at less than 20% of their price and will surely receive it sooner than the prescribed 4 weeks.

The worst service ever! Do not ever use them. Order 4vwerks late. When I followed up I could not get a proper response only yo get a mail the next day saying that I canceled my order amd they hce reallocate it you someone else after 4 weeks of waiting by me. Special negative shout out to Theo who apparently is the sales or customer manager and the GM who refused yo speak to me. TERTIBLE SERVICE DRLIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

In June 25, I bought a new stove via Amazon. The oven does not work. It's an obec 6 burner gas stove. According to s&h it's not their problem. I don't have an invoice as 1 never arrived with the stove. I have my bank statement as proof of purchase How do I get it replaced or repaired.. I'd like a new stove or someone to repair ut

Needed to replace the glass liquidizer jug for my Kenwood Major. The parcel, when it arrived, was far too lightweight to be a large liquidizer jug - so I didn't even attempt to open it. S & H does not acknowledge its error and I have to pay to return it!! This is appalling service. S&H you now have 29 dissatisfied customers on Hellopeter.

I placed an order with them in August 2024. They invoiced (INV-SH-20924)me and I paid. Weeks later they told me that they don't have stock and cannot confirm when they will have stock. I requested a refund. They neither respond to my emails nor refunded me. Shocking customer service.

He attended to my De Longhi Prima Donna Exclusive Coffee Machine repair, saving it from obsolescence and giving the machine new life hopefully for another 6 years.
