In June 25, I bought a new stove via Amazon. The oven does not work. It's an obec 6 burner gas stove. According to s&h it's not their problem. I don't have an invoice as 1 never arrived with the stove. I have my bank statement as proof of purchase How do I get it replaced or repaired.. I'd like a new stove or someone to repair ut

Needed to replace the glass liquidizer jug for my Kenwood Major. The parcel, when it arrived, was far too lightweight to be a large liquidizer jug - so I didn't even attempt to open it. S & H does not acknowledge its error and I have to pay to return it!! This is appalling service. S&H you now have 29 dissatisfied customers on Hellopeter.

I placed an order with them in August 2024. They invoiced (INV-SH-20924)me and I paid. Weeks later they told me that they don't have stock and cannot confirm when they will have stock. I requested a refund. They neither respond to my emails nor refunded me. Shocking customer service.

Mohammed Ismail at S&H is an honest innovative life saver, a gem in the industry. He attended to my De Longhi Prima Donna Exclusive Coffee Machine repair, saving it from obsolescence and giving the machine new life hopefully for another 6 years. Amazing service with regular follow up at an affordable rate - well done Sir

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 2.5 weeks ago I brought my Delonghi coffee machine to S&K Service Goodwood for repairing and service. They told me it takes up to 10 working days to get repaired. After 12 working days and not hearing anything from them I called them yesterday to ask about my machine, only to hear they did not even start to look at it. I told them I am not in the country in a couple of days. The employee on the phone was very unfriendly and cut me off when I was complaining about the max. of 10 working days been over. On top of it he started blaming me for not telling them what‘s really wrong with the machine. But, of course, I did tell them about the problem. I said they should fix it and service it. The guy just hang up. A minute later he called me and said he will call me again latest at 11am. Of course nobody called me, till 4.30pm. The same unfriendly guy told me I can pick up the machine the same day. Luckily I only went to S&K the next day at 12.15. My machine was in service but still not fixed. They told me it takes 15 min. After waiting for nearly 40 minutes I complained again. Then one of the employees turned and screamed to me it’s not their fault if the machine is in German language and they can’t understand. He even said we can’t understand german and you probably can’t understand Afrikaans. When I brought the machine I said it’s programmed in German but I can change the language. The guy told me it’s not necessary they know how to change the language. I asked the lady in the shop why they haven’t fixed the coffee machine. She rep****, they don’t work on saturdays, my counting for 10 working days was wrong. I said to her I brought the machine 2.5 weeks ago, these are 12 working days so far. No reply! They could not find the problem but charged me nearly R1000. I paid in cash and again had to wait for change. After nothing happened for minutes I left the shop with my machine. I still don’t know if it works but I never ever go back to such a bunch of unfriendly people. The way they treated me was beyond poor. I even ordered a milk warming pot for the machine. When I asked them where it is this guy said I can order it online. Unbelievable! I would never recommend them. They don’t know how to treat their customers. Unfriendly, arrogant and ***********, that’s what I call them!
