I placed an order with them in August 2024. They invoiced (INV-SH-20924)me and I paid. Weeks later they told me that they don't have stock and cannot confirm when they will have stock. I requested a refund. They neither respond to my emails nor refunded me. Shocking customer service.
On 2 November (10 months and counting) Fedhealth agreed to make an ex-gratia payment to my father. Despite contacting them approximately 15 times (email & calls), and despite many promises from them, the payment remains unpaid. I have kept records of these interactions. In the interim my father has passed away and this payment is needed for his estate. Pathetic service and unsympathetic Fedheath.
