Ordering of parts takes up to 4 weeks and when you try track the order - the phones are unmanned (Middle of the day) and if (after multiple attempts) you finally manage to get someone to answer they are completely disinterested and just regurgitate a scripted answer. If you google the code for the (Kenwood) parts you require on-line, you will find the identical products at less than 20% of their price and will surely receive it sooner than the prescribed 4 weeks.
