WARNING
BIG WARNING. RED FLAG. 🚩🚩🚩Fanie Grove, unfortunately his a ****, **** unreliable construction company. Poor workmanship and business manager. Lies to clients, doesn't keep up with his promises and non of his work guarantee means **** to anyone. Fanie Grove you don't respect you work all you after is money. DO NOT USE THIS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR ANYTHING

Poor service delivery and vandalism
I appointed Shaab Construction to do renovations to my pool. A 5 day job turned out to take 7 days and throughout, there was no supervision, as I was promised there would be. After the paint dried and I was able to inspect the pool I noticed some issues and requested the contractor to return for the corrections to be made. Unfortunately, by this time, I already paid the contractor in full and he just wasted my time and did not pitch up for some of the appointments agreed to. When I got annoyed and insisted that the problems get resolved, once and for all, he dropped of one person whose only objective was to do damage. Subsequently, I have a pool with very rough patches on the surface, because they threw out some old paint (with pieces of harden paint in it) on the surface and started to spread it on the surface. I will now have to get this sanded down and repainted at additional cost before I can use my pool again.

Shaab Construction - BEWARE - FRAUD and POOR POOR WORKMANSHIP Persons of Interest: Fanie Grove, ********** Thando Mabusa, ********** M****/Marnus ?? - He works with Fanie ********** ********** ********** Phone No. ********** / ********** . Address. Boksburg, Gauteng, South Africa Fanie Grove and his partners lend them self's out as Professional Contractors t/a Shaab construction specialise in the following... Building new homes, alterations, additions, granny flats, boundary walls, new pools, renovation of pool, Lapa, etc. I want to warn the public that these guys are fraudsters, they deliver POOR POOR service and workmanship, and is VERY VERY unreliable - They did some work for me in Jan 2019 and after I found out that they lied to me on some of the agreed cost (which I had to pay in advance) I called them out on it - They admitted to lying and said they will reimburse me on the overstated amounts - Which they did not do to this day. I also called them out on their workmanship, again a fact they admitted to in writing - but also here I am afraid they will not make good on rectification. I also found out their Website are disabled and they are probably trading under a different name now - But please be mindful of dealing with these people.
