complain of bad service
I had a very bad experience with Shade masters Vereeniging, I bought the shade on the 1st of September 2020, today is the 10th of October 2020, no shade is fitted yet. I paid for the net cash. I have a very serious problem.

Unfortunately there has been stock problems on the Netting due to the Lockdown.
The Company has Informed you and you have agreed to wait for the netting.
You have chosen a different color today and it will be installed next week.
