Hi there, need help. I have a problem with Dash Fibre, initially, when I joined the network I requested a pre-paid service, pay first use later option. on the 29th March 2021, the marketing (sales personnel agreed that they have such a package for R 699 or so.) 21 June 2021 I receive an email that I owe dash fibre R 1299 plus R 699 for the current month. I try to call the company several times without success, only found an answering machine. I dropped the accounts department an email, requested a callback. on the 10th of July account manager phoned me, she informed me that there is a standard monthly fee of R 699. there is no such thing as called pre-paid internet option. truly speaking i don't have a problem with what she said, but why marketing lied to me? I requested the account manager to connect me to her senior manager, she promised to call me back in 15 minutes, unfortunately,
My sister lost her card and money R5000 on a absa ATM on the 29th December around 7:00 am. At three rivers branch. The thugs took my card and withdrawn the money somewhere else. No security guard tried to assist, I screamed people around tried to chase the thugs but it was too late. Around 9:00 I went inside the bank to make card replacement I got a bad treatment from walk in Mr Mosuwe I forgot his other name. consultant at three rivers, the guy refused me to meet the bank Manger and he said I must be more vigilant next time. I want to advise people to either not withdraw at absa ATM or migrate from three rivers absa branch and use other branches where consultants are welcoming. Am very very upset. Why the bank doesn't avail the security guards on the ATM ESPECIALLY DURING THE FESTIVE SEASON, OR AT LEAST close down the atm when security guard is not there?

I had a very bad experience with Shade masters Vereeniging, I bought the shade on the 1st of September 2020, today is the 10th of October 2020, no shade is fitted yet. I paid for the net cash. I have a very serious problem.
Paid deposit for shade on the 1st of September and final payment on the 19th of September 2020. today is the 10th of October 2020 no COMPLETE SHADE yet, nobody from the company corresponds with me, always I have to call and ask when are they coming to complete the structure because I paid them fully now. I need help Hello Peter to deal with the company as am tired of calling the company.
