Disgusting 🤮 Service by Shalene Schreuder Attorneys

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by the Shalene trustee of my trust. It has become increasingly apparent that the trustee is unwilling to approve any requests I made, and I get paid a monthly stipend of R1000 a month, which is way too little for living expenses of a 43 year old with 2 infants.

I have pleaded with them numerous times but no she just doesn’t care, she recently rejected my request to start a small business even though I had attached the business plan, she didn’t even had the decency to respond back, I had to call for her to give me the news, which has led to significant frustration and concern regarding the management of the trust.

The trust was set up under circumstances that raise questions about the legitimacy of the affidavit, that stated that I can’t handle my own finances which is a complete lie and they are aware of that. I am of sound mind and can very well take care of my own finances even better than them.

The lack of responsiveness and the refusal to consider reasonable requests have created an environment of distrust and uncer*****y. Given these issues, I am requesting that anyone that can help me appeal and be removed under Curatorship and have this trust terminated, please share the information, I will come back to check. I know they won’t respond to this, ****** ****mers.
