In April I paid and received burglar guards and gates for all my entry points. Almost 2 weeks later they came and did the installation. On the 24th of April 2024 while they were installing one of their guys broke a window.
I took a photo and sent it to them. Since then I have been struggling to get them to replace the window. I sent numerous messages to Kevin Abraham, the General Manager, and struggled to contact him. One of his guys gave me a cell number on WhatsApp, I sent him the photo and on the 9th of May 2024 he said he would send someone to take measurements. No one came. On the 15th of May 2024 I still hadn't seen anyone. I sent him another message and received the following, "Sayes will come over to take the correct measurements tomorrow and I will order the glass and fit it as soon as it's ready". "Will confirm once he measures". On the 30th of May 2024 I sent him another message, to which I received, "Mam....we will sort it by Tuesday. It's gone for cutting". To date I have still not heard from anyone from Shalom Steel and Glass. Their contact number is 031 403 0841.
All I want is the window fixed that they broke.
