On the 20th January 2018, we bought a 3 pce wall unit set (Dallas set) online from Shannen Living. https://shannenliving.co.za/ facebook https://www.facebook.com/shannenliving.co.za/ The following week after hearing nothing from them, I phoned for a couple of days before I could get hold of them. They don't respond to emails or messages either. I spoke to Cliff, after 2 weeks have passed, from then up to 29th of Mar 2018, he just had excuses why we not receiving what we ordered. They don’t respond to facebook messages, phone calls, or emails. On the 29th Mar 2018 they arrived at our place with the wrong wall unit and not the set we ordered, so we’ve send it back. We’ve tried to get hold off them several times again, then on the 16th April 2018 they’ve send us an email that they will refund us and will take 14 to 21 days. we reply by email please do so as i wanted a refund But still to date nothing have been paid back to me after they said they will do a refund. In the meantime I’ve tried again to get in contact with them, but no response. They are a scam lets report and block scammers
