I've had car insurance with Standard Bank for about a year, last month I've sold my vehicle and had to cancel my insurance. the premie was paid timeously every month. Now to find out that they did update my credit rating and this influence my credit report. I've contacted Standard bank and the 1 person just kept putting me through to another, after 20min with no success of somebody assisting me I had to put the phone down. This is completely bad service to loyal clients. After paying on time every month I just expected Standard bank to also keep my credit rating up to date?
On the 20th January 2018, we bought a 3 pce wall unit set (Dallas set) online from Shannen Living. https://shannenliving.co.za/ facebook https://www.facebook.com/shannenliving.co.za/ The following week after hearing nothing from them, I phoned for a couple of days before I could get hold of them. They don't respond to emails or messages either. I spoke to Cliff, after 2 weeks have passed, from then up to 29th of Mar 2018, he just had excuses why we not receiving what we ordered. They don’t respond to facebook messages, phone calls, or emails. On the 29th Mar 2018 they arrived at our place with the wrong wall unit and not the set we ordered, so we’ve send it back. We’ve tried to get hold off them several times again, then on the 16th April 2018 they’ve send us an email that they will refund us and will take 14 to 21 days. we reply by email please do so as i wanted a refund But still to date nothing have been paid back to me after they said they will do a refund. In the meantime I’ve tried again to get in contact with them, but no response. They are a scam lets report and block scammers
Telkom is the worse company I've ever dealt with. The service is terrible. Account dep doesn't know what's going on there. I've never been behind with payment. Always up to date. Since last month they've around the 15th they've been deducting R796, 2months installments from my account, when I phoned they told me they didn't pick up the payment for April, i've emailed proof of payment to them, they said they will rectify it and pay me back. Now this month the same happened. When you phone and want to speak to a manager they won't let you. Obviously there's a mistake on their side they not rectifying, every time it cost me my time and energy always the same results. All I'm asking is for the problem to be sorted now!!!!!
I can not believe that such a big company like Cell C will ever steal people's money. I've played the Realdeal compitition all out, when the compitition ended I've had 26500 entries for the final draw. The compitition ended on the 9th of Feb 2015, and up to date I have heard nothing from them, not even who the winner was. This compitition was just a catch to steal people's money. Because of this I'm going to change from networks and never ever going to support Cell C again. EVERYBODY BE WARNED AGAINST CELL C'S COMPITITIONS THEY ARE FAKE, THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! PEOPLE LETS CLOSE THIS FAKE COMPANY DOWN!!!! ENOUGH FRAUD COMPANIES IN SOUTH AFRICA
