In 2023, my mother invested with Share Your Wealth (DJV PROPERTY TWENTY TWO (PTY) LTD), a company owned by Hannes Dupper. Since the investment was made, we have received no updates regarding its performance. Despite multiple emails inquiring about the investment, we have not received any response. This complete lack of communication is extremely frustrating, as we need clarity on the status of the investment. The ongoing silence raises serious concerns and makes it feel as though we may have been deceived.

My mother invested R61,800.00 with Share Your Wealth, a company owned by Hannes Dupper. Despite multiple attempts to obtain statements regarding the performance of her investment, we received no response. Upon further investigation, we discovered that Share Your Wealth has been liquidated and that Mr. Dupper is now operating under a new company, Firefly Global. The lack of transparency and communication is highly concerning, and I urge others to exercise extreme caution before engaging with any business associated with Mr. Dupper. If anyone has faced a similar experience or has insights on recovering funds, I would appreciate any guidance. This situation has been deeply frustrating, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others.

<div>In Sept 2022, I invested a large sum of money with Share Your Wealth (SYW). According to SYW, my investment and the 15% interest was guaranteed by Fixed Property, as noted in their marketing brochure. Interest was received monthly, although noy on the agreed interest dates. Interest payments then stopped and by July 2023 everything fell flat. No interest and no capital repayments were made. The owner of SYW, held an online meeting with Investors, where Investors were notified that they would need to sign a brand-new agreement with SYW as the company was in difficulty. Which seemed very odd, as our investments had fixed property behind them, and the original agreement was still binding. The owner of SYW and SYW then signed an acknowledgement of debt with me. He and SYW have since defaulted on this agreement as well as the original agreement. SYW is supposedly in liquidation, however no liquidator has made any contact with me to negotiate terms. The SYW owner has since opened a Training company (AIN) to educate people on how to invest in property; provide property masterclasses; provide programs that solve problems for upcoming entrepreneurs; provide strategies for startups, intermediate and seasoned investors; provide comprehensive business overviews; provide legal, financial, sales, marketing, operations, and marketing solutions for businesses of any size. AIN has also launched their Investor Inner Circle for high-net-worth investors. Make sure your eyes are open wide people.</div>

In Sept 2022, I invested a large sum with Share Your Wealth (SYW). My investment was guaranteed a 15% interest. My investment was also guaranteed by Fixed Property, as per the marketing brochure provided. Interest was received but then stopped being paid. By July 2023 everything fell flat. No interest and no capital repayments. The owner of SYW held online meetings with Investors and to be honest this was just a delay tactic. In this meeting, the Investors were notified that they would need to sign a new agreement with SYW which didn't protect the investor in any way. SYW owner and linked through all the company names as listed, and there may be more, has now defaulted. He has since opened up a Training company (AIN) to educate people on how to invest in property, property masterclasses, programs that solve problems for upcoming entrepreneurs, strategies for startup intermediate and seasoned investors, comprehensive overview, legal, financial, sales, marketing, operations and marketing solutions for businesses of any size, and launch of the AIN Investor Inner Circle for high net worth investors. Suddenly, after taking so many people for a ride out of their hard-earned money, a "guru" is now hard at work. Beware and have your eyes open wide people - something is not right, and you may be a victim of who knows what?

In the middle of 2022 I invested a considerable amount of money with Share Your Wealth. Initially dividend payments were paid timeously until the payment date kept being altered. Eventually, payments stopped altogether. Numerous reasons for non payment, emails, requests for understanding and further time was requested but no payments were forthcoming. Eventually, after having an online discussion which included other investors and the owner it was agreed we would sign a new contract and payment would be made over a period of 12 months beginning 2024. All went well for 4 months of this year and then an email arrived saying Share Your Wealth was now in liquidation and the owner would no longer be in contact with the investors. No liquidation papers to date have been issued and I have had no communication from the owner' s lawyers or himself. The owner operates from his company Firefly Global. I am a pensioner and this has brought me to my knees having to rely upon my family for financial assistance. The owner is very aware of my predicament. He has not left the country and is still actively involved in investment opportunities in Gauteng.
