Share Your Wealth / SYW
<div>In Sept 2022, I invested a large sum of money with Share Your Wealth (SYW). According to SYW, my investment and the 15% interest was guaranteed by Fixed Property, as noted in their marketing brochure. Interest was received monthly, although noy on the agreed interest dates. Interest payments then stopped and by July 2023 everything fell flat. No interest and no capital repayments were made. The owner of SYW, held an online meeting with Investors, where Investors were notified that they would need to sign a brand-new agreement with SYW as the company was in difficulty. Which seemed very odd, as our investments had fixed property behind them, and the original agreement was still binding. The owner of SYW and SYW then signed an acknowledgement of debt with me. He and SYW have since defaulted on this agreement as well as the original agreement. SYW is supposedly in liquidation, however no liquidator has made any contact with me to negotiate terms. The SYW owner has since opened a Training company (AIN) to educate people on how to invest in property; provide property masterclasses; provide programs that solve problems for upcoming entrepreneurs; provide strategies for startups, intermediate and seasoned investors; provide comprehensive business overviews; provide legal, financial, sales, marketing, operations, and marketing solutions for businesses of any size. AIN has also launched their Investor Inner Circle for high-net-worth investors. Make sure your eyes are open wide people.</div>

SYW owner and linked through all the company names as listed, and there may be more, has now defaulted. He has since opened up a Training company (AIN) to educate people on how to invest in property, property masterclasses, programs that solve problems for upcoming entrepreneurs, strategies for startup intermediate and seasoned investors, comprehensive overview, legal, financial, sales, marketing, operations and marketing solutions for businesses of any size, and launch of the AIN Investor Inner Circle for high net worth investors. Suddenly, after taking so many people for a ride out of their hard-earned money, a "guru" is now hard at work. Beware and have your eyes open wide people - something is not right, and you may be a victim of who knows what?

Invested with this company and now for over 8 months, no interest paid, I’m still waiting for my capital to be paid out - no communications and I see that the company changed its name - people check if this is you too

Mainboard Equities - Director Mr Sam Meltzer
Mr Sam Meltzer - Director of Mainboard Equities rents property. Make sure that the rental is received 3 months in advance, and that the property is inspected every month not on a fixed date or time. Cleanliness is very definitely not next to godliness in this case. Damage to furniture if it’s a furnished apartment being rented out - check too.

Tyson Properties Green Point Cape Town
I dealt with Tyson in Cape Town for a property in Green Point. The agent in the begging was to inspect the property which never happened, on inspecting the property myself, I can’t believe how disgustingly dirty the place was. Clearly no checks were done. Agents very quick to take their commissions but god forbid they need to do some work. Always check.
