It was enjoyable, the place was clean staff were friendly, housekeeping came every day
It was enjoyable, the place was clean staff were friendly, housekeeping came every day. We could make a fire in the fireplace as it was raining and very cold.

Shark Bay sharks!
I have stayed at this hotel before and because of the view over the lagoon and taking my daughter to see the Spring flowers nearby I thought we would stay there. An unfortunate turn of events meant I had to phone the hotel in the hopes of rescheduling my stay(I had already paid for the two rooms). They were most unaccommodating and effectively told me "Too Bad". I emailed to express my disappointment and 5 days later still have had no reply. If this is how one operates in the hospitality industry I can't see how they expect to encourage visitors. I'll never go there again if it was free!!
