Disgusting rooms filled with toenails, human excrement and blood stained bedsheets

We recently stayed at Shark bay hotel Langebaan. The room was unbelievably dirty. In fact disgusting. We found human excrement and heaps of clipped toenails in and around the bed and bathroom. The windows was full of bird feces and balcony clearly hadn't been cleaned in years. there were also pubic hairs in showers from previous guests. To make it worse when we requested housekeeping to clean the room they proceeded to fit the bed with blood stained sheets and towels. Our weekend was ruined without any compensation from the management team or owners. Shocking and unacceptable. Do NOT waste your time and money at this so called "hotel". You will ruin your weekend.
