Scam Artists - Enjoy sitting on the curb

<p>Nobody came to pick us up at the given time (informed via writing - email). The company said a refund would be in order (in writing). After that point, we heard absolutely nothing. They conveniently started to ignore us after no refund was received, and we followed up 5 separate times. I ended up disputing it with my credit card company. I was given the money back by my credit card company but I'm not sure if they pursued legal action with Shark Quests.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would strongly advise against using this broker for booking any shark diving. You have been warned.</p> <p> </p> <p>However, if you enjoy sitting on the curb for 4 hours and having a whole day of your trip wasted, by all means book through Shark Quests.</p>
