Scam - No Service - Don't Pay!

<p>So I booked a shark cage dive through a company in Cape Town called Shark Quests. They also go by the name of Go Shark Diving. The dive couldn't happen due to no shark activity. I told them I didn't know when I would be able to go again and requested a refund. I said that I would then book again when I had time. This was over a month ago. I have sent countless emails and tried to phone, but nobody gets back to me. This is my last attempt to get a reaction and refund out of them. Until that happens, I just want to let u all know that I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I have also been onto Trip Advisor where there are countless reviews about them being a scam!</p>
