Dissatisfied with BON hotel Bloemfontein

The previous trip to Bloemfontein was great and we booked the same BON Hotel we use previously. We book every year for a big cricket tournament and support the local business. The kids have breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel on a daily basis. On the night before the departure there was a function in the hotel and the kids were informed that they had to make alternative arrangements for dinner when they arrived back from the tournament. Never mind the fact that parents having to payed for the accommodation and food during the tournament. The hotel was booked with the whole tournaments players. We will not be makin use of BON hotel in Bloemfontein ever again, truly disappointed and disgusted at the way our teams were treated. There was no response from the Hotel after the complaint.
