Poor customer service Cape union Mart shelly centre

Went into your shop yesterday. Three shop assistants there: Two African young men behind the counter and one indian/coloured woman in front. No customers.

Busy enjoying chatting to themselves and no attention to me the customer who had just come in.

I went check some pricey hats next to the counter and as I was leaving the section they were still busy talking and the lady blocking the way near the counter and I had to navigate my way pass her making sure I did not bump into her.

I just left. Whew!
