Horrible Service from these guys. I'm of the assumption that they only provide good service to white people. After installing my gas geyser on 28 Jan, it took over 2 months just to install a gas cage, only after I started asking for a refund to buy the cage myself did they decide to bring it. Steven gave me excuses like "sorry I went on holiday camping and forgot about you". On top of all of this the water wasn't getting hot for more than 5 minutes, 2 minutes in and it gets cold again...when I let them know not once did they come back to resolve the issue. It doesn't end there..the job was so lousy that now I can't even switch from gas to electricity when the gas runs out. I contacted Steven about this and he referred me to the plumber (Dave) that he hired to do the geyser connections, the plumber who's never available and always tells me he's in the DRC.. I've been waiting for about 5 months now. Now this Steven guy just blue ticks me when I enquire about when the issues will be resolved.
