Absolute worst service from Momentum. It's almost as even they deliberately don't want you to have access to your hard earned money! I resigned from my employer last year October 2025 and opted to keep my pension with Momentum. Now when I want to transfer my funds, I am unable to log in. I have tried calling Momentum and I keep getting transferred from one consultant to another. None of which are able or willing to assist.

The Service I've received from RocketNet is unmatched. Specifically from a gentleman called Mek. The response time was extremely quick! Mek was very very patient with me when I asked several questions about my Wifi not being connected. He guided me through the entire process. Mek even apologized for Vumatel's delayed service delivery. I must also add that this is not the first time I am getting such incredible service from the RocketNet team. My wife and I received exceptional service from The House of Demo sales staff in Strydom Park on Saturday the 29th of June 2024. We were assisted by KB and the accounts lady who were both very helpful, very friendly and very knowledgeable about all of their appliances & electronics. The House of Demo was very clean, very inviting, with incredible deals and bargains on display. We wanted to buy the entire store but unfortunately only settled with a Hisense 5 burner gas stove. We will definitely be returning to The House of Demo in Strydom Park very soon. If you are in the market for any appliance or electronics, your first stop should definitely be The House of Demo in Strydom Park. I received an email from Clear Score about an update to my credit score and found that my credit score went down by 29% due to an account opened at Sportscene under TFG with a limit of R25K and R13 669 has already been used on this *****ulent account. Mind you I have never opened a clothing account in my life. I called the forensics department at TFG and spoke to a consultant, when I asked her how the account was opened, she said "Online" so I asked her what the process is to ascertain how they vett applications, and she told me "The system picks up your credit score and if you have a high credit score no FICA documents are required" so basically anyone can open up an account in your name without an ID document and bank statements or payslip. Now I have to go to the police station and open up a case because TFG does not vett its applicants thoroughly. TFG does not take this seriously because if they did, they'd know how important a person's credit score is. This now impacts whether or not I can get an approved bond or vehicle finance. My credit score has now been heavily impacted by a damn clothing account which I've never app**** for nor ever needed. PLEASE FIX THIS!

Horrible Service from these guys. I'm of the assumption that they only provide good service to white people. After installing my gas geyser on 28 Jan, it took over 2 months just to install a gas cage, only after I started asking for a refund to buy the cage myself did they decide to bring it. Steven gave me excuses like "sorry I went on holiday camping and forgot about you". On top of all of this the water wasn't getting hot for more than 5 minutes, 2 minutes in and it gets cold again...when I let them know not once did they come back to resolve the issue. It doesn't end there..the job was so lousy that now I can't even switch from gas to electricity when the gas runs out. I contacted Steven about this and he referred me to the plumber (Dave) that he hired to do the geyser connections, the plumber who's never available and always tells me he's in the DRC.. I've been waiting for about 5 months now. Now this Steven guy just blue ticks me when I enquire about when the issues will be resolved.
Completely and utterly disgusted. SHOCKING service from Renew-it Bedfordview. It has now taken 6 months to repair my vehicle's sunroof. after countless excuses and even blaming Mercedes Benz dealerships for Renew-it not being able to repair the car properly and on time, today (8 March 2022) my vehicle gets delivered to the incorrect address down the road from my house. And to top it all off, the vehicle is now stuck in someone else's driveway because there is no petrol...completely empty and unable to reverse out of the incorrect address's driveway. Mind you this is the second time that Renew-it gives me back my car with a completely empty fuel tank. DAMAGING MY CAR! Do I really need to educate them about what happens to a car when you constantly drive it past it’s reserve fuel? This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My second attempt at trying to collect my vehicle fully repaired from Renew-it was last week when they asked me to come and collect my vehicle...I did a walk around to make sure everything was okay but guess what...the inner lining of the cars roof upholstery, rubbers around the door frames and leather were sticking outside of the car. My wife and I had to start pushing these back into place. The airbag caps were falling off. Does Renew-it not do QA on the vehicles that have been supposedly “repaired”. I could go on and on about the horrible “repair” work. But it just seems like this branch has hired a great deal of unqualified, unprofessional and incompetent people. From the PA or “dedicated service consultant” who displays a lack of communication skills, to mechanics and panel beaters who do not know their jobs, to delivery guys who driver clients cars on empty tanks to incorrect addresses. Where is management in all this?
Horrific service from Kyra van Eden at Renew-it Bedfordview. My vehicle was taken in to Renew-it around 26/27 October and the expected date of delivery I was given was 26 November 2021. It is now 13 December and still no delivery, instead I keep getting automated messages of delays on the repair completion date. The dates have changed four times with no reason for the delays nor updates from the PA assigned to my repair diary (Kyra). Every time I call in to speak to Kyra I either do not get a hold of her or she'll promise to call me back but never does. I have called in several times to speak to a manager but reception transfers me to Kyra (Who is of no help whatsoever). The only reason I received as to the first delay was that the incorrect parts were received from their supplier... and for me to be given this reason I had to physically go in to Renew-it Bedfordview on Thursday 2nd of December and wait to see the PA assigned to my repair. She then promised that she'd get back to me the next day (which of course never happened), I waited until the following week Tuesday with no feedback from Kyra, just another automated message telling me that the repair has been delayed until the 17th of December 2021. Does it get any worse than this???
Very good service. Very helpful and very quick. Ntokozo was very humble and sensitive to my case and showed a great deal of humanity in the way he sympathized with me and sent help immediately. Thank you very much!
