There were problems right from the check-in at the hotel. We did not receive the numbers we ordered. We had booked rooms on the high floors with a beautiful view of the garden. We were given a room on the 1st floor with a view of the parking lot. The attitude of the staff is unpleasant and unresponsive, yet they expected to be tipped around every corner.
When we finally got a room on a higher floor, we had a surprise with the balcony door - its glass was broken. Not to mention the cleanliness, the cleanliness of the room does not correspond to a five-star hotel but a 3-star MAYBE, and the cleaning takes place in the late afternoon. An unpleasant aroma on the first seven floors every morning. The fan sounds very loud that it is impossible to sleep. The food at breakfast is bad, definitely not worth taking breakfast. The list of small issues that should not exist in a 5 star hotel were endless. They should be demoted. It was not always this way. I think that it is because the area has become... they have gone downhill.
