Horrible Service and Communication

I recently dealt with Deputy Sheriff Tshepo regarding an attachment and removal for an unpaid wages matter. In my experience, the interaction was unprofessional and unhelpful.

Despite the Court’s order and the completed attachment inventory, items listed by their own office were later described as “unable to be removed,” with no clear explanation and no attempt to provide a practical solution. When I raised concerns, I felt dismissed rather than assisted, and I was told there was “nothing they could do” and that I should escalate the matter myself.

As a creditor who has followed all procedures and paid the required fees, I expected a fair and transparent process. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling that the matter was handled without urgency or accountability.

I hope the office improves its communication and approach to assisting members of the public who rely on them to enforce court orders.
