Terrible Customer Service

Terrible experience with Sheriff Office Polokwane.

I am busy with a GBH ******** trial at Polokwane Court and needed assistance with documents as I live in Cape Town. The lady was extremely rude and blatantly said NO they cannot help me, I was still explaining what I need help with. She also hung up the phone in my ear 3 times saying they are very busy. She refused to even listen what I needed help with. Useless service.
