POLOKWANE Terrible experience with Sheriff Office Polokwane. I am busy with a GBH ******** trial at Polokwane Court and needed assistance with documents as I live in Cape Town. The lady was extremely rude and blatantly said NO they cannot help me, I was still explaining what I need help with. She also hung up the phone in my ear 3 times saying they are very busy. She refused to even listen what I needed help with. Useless service.
I had a very unpleasant experience at Mr Price Home Optenhorst Paarl on 14 December 2025. While standing in line at the till, I noticed luxury car fragrances (glass bottles) hanging on a display right at the counter. All the bottles were hanging right on the edge and looked unstable. As I touched one bottle to take it, I hadn’t even removed it yet, another bottle fell off and broke. It was very clear that the display was unsafe and poorly set up. Another customer even spoke up and said this was not my fault and that the items were hanging dangerously. Unfortunately, staff completely ignored her, despite her repeatedly explaining that the situation was unfair. When I asked the staff if they could hear what the other customer was saying, they acknowledged her but said they were “busy with me” and continued to force me to pay for the broken item anyway. The customer service was extremely poor, dismissive, and unfair. No responsibility was taken for the unsafe display, and no effort was made to handle the situation professionally or reasonably. Very disappointing experience.
I ordered an iPhone 17 from Cell C Somerset Mall three weeks ago. Two weeks ago, on a Friday, the consultant Noma confirmed via WhatsApp that my phone had arrived. I told her I was in Kimberley at the time, and she promised to keep the phone aside for me. I made it very clear that I would drive through the following Friday to fetch it, as I live in Paarl. On Black Friday — dealing with heavy traffic and travelling all the way from Paarl — I messaged her at 07:45 to say I was five minutes away and slightly late. Only then did she tell me that her manager “couldn’t keep it anymore,” despite reassuring me just days before that the phone was still waiting for me. This is completely unacceptable. I honoured my side, drove a long distance, and re**** on her written promise. Somerset Mall Cell C clearly does not value their customers or their commitments. I would not recommend ordering a phone from this store — you may never receive it, even after they confirm it’s available.
I have traveled with the EXACT same amount of luggage the past week — flights included FLYSAFAIR flights, no issues WHAT SO EVER…. Your staff at OR Thambo is EXTREMELY RUDE & ARROGANT ….. That is not even the words to describe them. I was in hysterical tears after the way they treated me (EMBARRASSING much, thanks FLYSAFAIR) and believe me that takes ALOT to get me in tears….. AFTER that my glass water bottel broke on the floor and CUT MY HAND while I was trying to pick up the glass AND sort out my hand luggage …. ALONE —— FLYSAFAIR staff standing and watching , no assistance at all….. They just refuse to give my boarding pass hand bleeding….. STILL NO ASSISTANCE Just refuse to give my boarding pass….. I asked the staff suggestions and help as to how I am going to get home after to safety…. They just REFUSE to book my bags in BECAUSE I SAID I AM NOT BOOKING IN MY HAND LUGGAGE BAGS because it MAY NOT LEAVE MY SIGHT….. It’s my freakin HAND LUGGAGE…. Since when may you not have water bottel in your hand because that counts as HAND LUGGAGE ….. Since when does a Teddy count as hand luggage …… After I told them I have EXTREMELY CONFIDENTIAL dockets in my hand luggage — I CANNOT BOOK IT IN, I DID PAY FOR EXTRA LUGGAGE…. My hand luggage MAY NOT LEAVE MY SIGHT…. The RUDER they became…. I even offered they can book in my handbag, after I paid for extra luggage…. CAN YOU ACTUALLY BELIEVE THEY WERE GOING TO BOOK IN MY HANDBAG WHERE THE BIG BAGS ARE…. Your staff REFUSED TO ASSIST ME IN ANY WAY, they are so rude arrogant and FLYSAFAIR staff ALSO caused that I nearly missed my flight too !!!!!!!!!!! In this whole COMMOTION…. Just trying to get on my FLYSAFAIR plane…. My bank card broke, my license got lost and so I can continue….. Thanks FLYSAFAIR for the WORST FLIGHT EXPERIENCE …. THIS ALL ——- after I EXPLAINED to them that I just want to get home to safety as I had to appear in Court to protect myself after an incident happened to me ….. AND THEY JUST CONTINUED WITH THEIR EXTREMELY RUDE ATTITUDE REFUSING TO GIVE MY BOARDING PASS… I had to book in my VANITY CASE & make up as extra baggage —— My stuff in not cheap HAVE YOU EVER??? WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE with @flysafair
Phones not answered no assistance and I need urgent assistance with my flight
I am so disgusted in Burger King Paarl. I only buy take aways from Burger King but I am done supporting them now. 3 x this week I drove 10km in from the farm to purchase milkshakes. All 3 times they had no shakes available. Last night once again drove in 10km for shakes, no shakes. I bought a Bacon King burger..... I have been vomiting since 3am this morning, non stop. I will never support burger king again.
