Extremely bad service .

So I ordered online for the store , the Ad said delivery is between 2 - 5 days but I ended up waiting the whole month . After that experience and tried communicating with them on whatsapp while they kept on ignoring me until I had to be nice when I talk to them that's when they will reply meaning I've been ignored.

I ended up asking for a refund and I was given an email to email my banking details and I will get it in 7 working days , that promise still wasn't kept.

I'm out of options on how I can get help .
