Good day , I feel like I have been ****** by a the store . On the 2nd of December I bought shoes online from the store and the delivery ad indicated I should be getting my items between 3 - 5 working days. As I patiently waited to almost two weeks of no communication from the store. I then looked for an alternative to atleast know what is going on with my parcel since I was not able to track it either on their tracking system , I got hold of their whatsapp service number and I communicated my problem, at first they rep**** that my parcel wasn't out for shipment yet and It would be done the next day and what irritates me is that the person I was communicating with promised to make sure they deal with it , mind you I had to use aggression so they can even reply my messages on whatsapp.
Mind you I had to end up buying shoes from the other store which I did not plan to cause I needed the shoes for a family Christmas lunch.
Later before the month ended I then decided to ask for a refund cause I got tired of following them around including the poor service I was getting , they firstly ignored my message and few days I sent another message since I was ignored they rep**** that my request was already escalated to the finance department and I should email my banking details with a promise that I will get my refund withing 7 working days.
We a approaching end of January now and it will be 2 months of them keeping my money and I haven't got anything clear if they gonna help me or not. This has costed me so much pain and I feel like I'm being ****** my hard earned money.
I'm out of options currently hence why I came here , a couple of friends recommended that I come to you for help . I hope to get over and done with this matter .
