Shield holds keys while I tried to leave because someone tried to steal my child!!!

I was just at forest hill mall andI was walking in the mall now and two african men asked me if they can buy my 11 month old daughter right outside absa. I went back to my car as fast as possible to leave the mall but shield car wash did not want to give me my keys as the "owner" or so she says Portia was gone to the shops or toilet and she had the keys.

when she came back i asked her for my keys and although my car was only half washed and i explained to her what just happened, she was not helpful at all and only wanted the money which i was giving her yet she still did not want to listen as she said i chose a full car wash. she only gave me my keys after i started screaming
