I was just at forest hill mall andI was walking in the mall now and two african men asked me if they can buy my 11 month old daughter right outside absa. I went back to my car as fast as possible to leave the mall but shield car wash did not want to give me my keys as the "owner" or so she says Portia was gone to the shops or toilet and she had the keys. when she came back i asked her for my keys and although my car was only half washed and i explained to her what just happened, she was not helpful at all and only wanted the money which i was giving her yet she still did not want to listen as she said i chose a full car wash. she only gave me my keys after i started screaming worst customer service possible

Asked for a quote on monday 9 October 2017 by wednesday 11 October still no quote, eventually got quote made payment and sent pop through so delivery could be made on friday. Today i phone early in the morning and ask where my stock is , was assured i will be phoned shortly with news on my stock at 14:00 still no answer on where my stock is. Phoned again o mam sorry but your stock will be there tomorrow, service is just pathetic, how can stock take almost a week to get to you.

I've been buying shield car products since i got my car. This is unfortunately the second time that i bought the tyre gloss and the sheen xtreme big bottle that it's still halve full but it won't spray properly anymore. I bought the whole kit the first time with the cloths and everything was perfect, it's just sad that this happened now. I do hope you could find a solution for me as i don't have the till slips anymore didn't think i would need it.

I've been buying shield car products since i got my car. <p>Today at the Cradlestone Mall car wash I waited 2 hours for a normal wash for my car. When I arrived there were 4 cars in front of me so I prepared for it to be a bit longer than usual. But when I returned 1.5 hours later they had not even started washing my car. And to make matter worse 4 cars that arrived after me were finished and had obviously been pushed infront of my car. Yet the staff blamed the electricity. I am highly disappointed in the wash job as well and there is still dirt on my windscreen and papers still in the car. </p>

<p> I place a order with shield every week, and Dries delivers to us. Dries is currently on leave this week and said I must mail a order through. I did mail a order and got the most unprofessional assistance from Brenda at the benoni outlet. I was told that I will not get my order tomorrow with endless dots ............. then saying there's only two drivers since some industrial action last week, and my best bet is to wait until Monday. So my business must have no stock till Monday due to unproffesional staff. If there is such a problem why wasn't the customers informed and I would have ordered for three weeks. For such a growing company like shield, only two drivers? Really? Very unproffesional and very unhelpful.</p> <p> </p>

I mixed Shield Jetwash as per instructions on container and found that it seemed to be too weak to foam up. I tried adding more shampoo but still found it not as good as it was supposed to be. I called on the 20th July and spoke to a lady on customer care who promised to send a replacement and also collect the original item with another courier. After receiving no response at all I called back on the 13th August and spoke to a Lance from marketing. He called me back on the 14th August and told me that the lady was off sick and would call me on Monday the 17th August. Again to this day no response. Please help.
