<p>Been trying too get through to the call centre for over a week now. It just rings forever and I'm being told every day, they are experiencing high volumes of calls. How unproffesional. Is everyone working there permanently on lunch! A need a call centre agent to contact me urgently please.</p>
<p> I place a order with shield every week, and Dries delivers to us. Dries is currently on leave this week and said I must mail a order through. I did mail a order and got the most unprofessional assistance from Brenda at the benoni outlet. I was told that I will not get my order tomorrow with endless dots ............. then saying there's only two drivers since some industrial action last week, and my best bet is to wait until Monday. So my business must have no stock till Monday due to unproffesional staff. If there is such a problem why wasn't the customers informed and I would have ordered for three weeks. For such a growing company like shield, only two drivers? Really? Very unproffesional and very unhelpful.</p> <p> </p>
