This is the 5th time im complaining about this. I was on hold being transferred to different departments from 14:00 till 16:15. I want my cellphone contract cancelled. I spoke to several managers which all said the same thing that it's clear there is nothing cell c can do to fix my service issue. I am now completely sick of this!!!!! I have been told they would phone back to give me a number i can use to go and stop my contract at the store. I am still waiting for this networks department. How many times must i complain??? And now im paying for a contract with no service. Tried all your solutions roaming on Vodacom etc.. IT DOESN'T WORK !!!!!!! I WANT SOMEONE TO PHONE ME GIVE ME THAT NUMBER SO I CAN RETURN THE PHONE AND CANCEL THIS CONTRACT. IF NO ONE CAN DO THIS THEN I WILL BE FILLING COMPLAINTS AT WASPA !
This is my fourth time I am complaining. If i do not receive i proper solution this time i will be lodging a complaint at Waspa. I don't get service i am paying for a contract that i can't use. I want this contract cancelled i am completely disgusted in your customer service and overall cellphone service. I have been complaining for months, dropped calls no service i am sick of this. Changing my roaming to Vodacom doesn't work. We have another cellphone here on cell c with the same problem switched contracts to Vodacom no problems. I want this contract cancelled or i will be complaining at WaspaMassive specials at Agri Liquor Store only in George. Specials until Monday. To avoid disappointment come before stock runs out
I've been a customer for a long time now and this has to be the worst service i have ever received. I ordered a share box at the drivethru with extra chips. I asked very nicely that i do not want garnish as i am allergic to onions and gherkins. When i got home the burgers had onions on and there weren't any extra chips. Unfortunately i couldn't go back as i didn't have transport. Ive always loved McDonald's but this really was disappointing.
I bought 4 wacky Wednesdays this week and i asked the lady at the till so nicely that I don't want onions on the one set of burgers she said okay, when i received my order everything had onions on there wasnt one burger without onions im highly allergic. I only realised this when i came home. I couldn't go back as i didn't have transport. I really love steers but it's service like this where you ask the staff so nicely and they still just don't do what i pay for. Deeply disappointed
I've been buying shield car products since i got my car. This is unfortunately the second time that i bought the tyre gloss and the sheen xtreme big bottle that it's still halve full but it won't spray properly anymore. I bought the whole kit the first time with the cloths and everything was perfect, it's just sad that this happened now. I do hope you could find a solution for me as i don't have the till slips anymore didn't think i would need it.
I've been to the shop I've had my phone sent in. The number of failed calls or calls i just can't here the person at the other end is massive. Im paying for something I'm not receiving all those minutes I can't even use. I want to end this contract on the base that I'm paying for a service I'm not receiving. I would never have signed if ive been told that this would be a problem. I want this contract to be ended
<p>I bought a can of coke from the Sea Gypsy at Mosselbaai on Sunday for R18 when i received the can it was rusted i took pictures of it as well as the expiry date the manager said it is not his problem and i should take it up with coke self.
