I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at Shield Express Lonehill on Friday, specifically regarding the car wash and machine polish I opted for.
Upon the consultant's recommendation, I agreed to the full wash with machine polish. To my dismay, upon completion of the service, I discovered extensive damage to my car's paint. If this is not disappointing enough the car attended did not even clean the rear passenger side of my car.
I want to emphasize that this damage was not present when I initially handed over my car. I even removed items from my boot, and the extent of the damage was not evident at that time.
Regrettably, the response I received from the staff was extremely disappointing. They showed unwillingness to assist and resolve the issue, exacerbating my frustration. They insisted, as always, they are not im the wrong and absolutely at all costs refused to attempt to assist the situation.
I understand that accidents can happen in the course of business, but the negligence displayed at Shield Lonehill is unacceptable.
