Paint Damage of Car at Shield Express Lonehill
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at Shield Express Lonehill on Friday, specifically regarding the car wash and machine polish I opted for. Upon the consultant's recommendation, I agreed to the full wash with machine polish. To my dismay, upon completion of the service, I discovered extensive damage to my car's paint. If this is not disappointing enough the car attended did not even clean the rear passenger side of my car. I want to emphasize that this damage was not present when I initially handed over my car. I even removed items from my boot, and the extent of the damage was not evident at that time. Regrettably, the response I received from the staff was extremely disappointing. They showed unwillingness to assist and resolve the issue, exacerbating my frustration. They insisted, as always, they are not im the wrong and absolutely at all costs refused to attempt to assist the situation. I understand that accidents can happen in the course of business, but the negligence displayed at Shield Lonehill is unacceptable.

Webafrica's operators are severely *********** and such ****s! Twice now webafrica has debited my account incorrectly and when you contact the billing department they say they logged a credit note. However when you ask the operator for proof of this they get defensive or tramsfer you to another agent because, of course, they didn't do it! This happened with the following operators on the whatsapp platform: Tshepo T and Nkele M In addition to this, if you want to speak to a supervisor to log this issue of horrible service, misrepresentation and misinformation from their operators, you are not allowed to make contact with them. This company has the worst people employed to attempt assistance to their customers. Clearly this company gets away with ******. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend their services!!! Dr. M Jose Nkongolo: Supposedly an ENT
This was the worst, unethical, and unprofessional doctor visit I have experienced in my life. I went to this 'Specialist Ear Nose and Throat Surgeon' hoping to sort out a problem with a calcified ear drum. I informed the doctor in our consultation that it is very sore and he sould please be gentle when doing the examination. He continued to poke and pull me ear to such an extent that I started crying from pain as he poked a stick with cream against my eardrum claiming it is not touching. He then said: 'Awh is baby crying? Does little girl need her mommy?'. I then ofcourse said it was due to him hurting me and he claimed that he was not aware. He could not give me a clear diagnosis and spittballed 3 possibilities. He also prescribed me very strong medication for all 3 possibilities, although I informed him multiple times that I am not allowed to take some of the medication due to a medical condition. He refused to change the medication. I asked him to please prescribe medication on my medical aid list as I do not have money to buy it cash. He said that it not his job. I had to take the medication and return for a follow-up consultation where hearing tests and a lot more would be done. Against my better judgment I listened to the "medical professional" and took all my medication as prescribed. This resulted in me developing a tremor in my arm, continuously vomiting, and the medication burning my stomach lining, causing severe pain. It did not offer any help or helped me get better I only felt worse. I went back and the doctor was not impressed that the medication did not work, and said that I sould get a second opinion as he then does not know what is wrong. He said this all withou doing an examination of my ear at all or any hearing tests as I was promised. My medical aid requires the doctor to refer me to a second ENT yet this doctor refuses, claiming that he is not a contractor for the medical aid and that they can sort it out. This doctor clearly does not care about his patients well-being or health. If this is what health care looks like in our country, I must say I am disappointed. In my personal opinion DO NOT go to this doctor if you are looking for health care in the case of an ENT!
