Poorly run company

As a shimi driver i find the rates on the platform extremely low when it comes to some clients. The orders that we carry out dont even cover our costs. Over and above that when it comes to the payment dates indicated in the driver manual Shimi seems to never make payment on time its always very late or even the next day.

The sad part is shimi expects us to do orders last minute for clients and sometimes even over time till very late hours and yet when it comes to paying us for our hard earned money they cannot even do that on time.

I have worked for load it and i always get paid on time early in the day so that i have moneys to fill my tank and push the orders again.

Its sad to see how little shimi thinks of us as drivers.
