Poorly run company
As a shimi driver i find the rates on the platform extremely low when it comes to some clients. The orders that we carry out dont even cover our costs. Over and above that when it comes to the payment dates indicated in the driver manual Shimi seems to never make payment on time its always very late or even the next day. The sad part is shimi expects us to do orders last minute for clients and sometimes even over time till very late hours and yet when it comes to paying us for our hard earned money they cannot even do that on time. I have worked for load it and i always get paid on time early in the day so that i have moneys to fill my tank and push the orders again. Its sad to see how little shimi thinks of us as drivers.

Terrible logistics company
Shimi logistics is run very poorly, they are quick to request assistance with orders and lay out rules and regulations for how they want stock delivered and processes to be followed . The driver agreement signed upon signing up with the company highlights all the Ts and Cs as well as payment plans however every time a payment needs to be made for work done I have to fight and plead with the management for my payments to be made. The driver agreement signed between myself and the company has been continuously breached on there end and they treat there drivers with no respect or dignity as they only want to use the us to do there work but don’t want to pay drivers what they are owed on time and correctly as they claim should be taking place because they are a corporate company. Furthermore I am not the only driver complaining but rather several drivers who have experienced the same issue with Shimi logistics. This company is run poorly and unfairly!!!!!!!!!

Shimi logistics they are using people they give them trips to collect and deliver peoples items from different places. You work your ass out with your own car and diesel after that they refuse to pay you. When you ask for your money they tell you stories and they refuse to send you your statement for the money you worked for. When you go to their office they chase you out and say communicate via whatsapp while when you do that they just blue tick you no answer.

Pleasantly surprised
Communication was great - they kept me up-to-speed on the progress and delivered within a few hours. They had no problem finding my place, which seems to be an ongoing issue for some other companies. The team was friendly and efficient and took care not to damage the goods. I was really pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.
Crooks!!!! They make you join as a Partner-Driver and let you drive for a full month using your own truck, buying your own diesel, paying the asst drivers and then refuse to pay at the end of the month. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.
