The owner, Dawid de Beer advertise that he sell refrigeration gas. I had ordered from him, and he requested to pay first with vouchers. He cashed up vouchers, but now he not deliver my gas. He block phone out and had sent falsified messages about couriers and bank info. He is a ***** ****mer who **** people with stories. Please be aware of this person of Pretoria. He in not a honest person, and he claim that he is a director of Double D Electrical.
Pipe burst in my house kitchen. Ngishilo Trading was appointed by Standard Insurance to replace pipe and to repair ceiling. With repairs the workers damaged my fridge by scratching and dented it. When tell people not to damage my fridge, they only respond, sorry. The damaged my walls and paint also which they just left like that. They not even clean after their work. We had to clean after them. I contacted their office and tha MD about the damages and their poor quality of work. Tha MD attitude was, my insurance to sort out. Now they just ignore my e mails and correspondence. This company is one of the worst ever, and they have no pride in their work ever. They not willing to take ownership for their mistakes and damages caused by their workers. Please people, I am honest by saying that I will not recommend Ngishilo Trading to anyone. Their quality of workmanship and their attitude is of the worst ever. I cannot believe that Insurance companies make use of them.
A pipe burst in my house kitchen 2 months ago. Thè insurance decided to make use of their contractors, Ngishilo Trading to repair pipe, and to repair damaged ceiling. With their repairs of the ceiling, the contractors damaged my fridge by scratch and dent it. I contacted the insurance immediately about the damaging of my fridge. Now after two months, the insurance want to tell me that they will compensate me with R799 to refilm fridge. My fridge was damaged and I insist on replacement of my fridge, for which a quotation was handed in. The insurance company want to tell me that the dents can be old dents, but I asked them to sent the assessor out. The construction company workers is aware that they damaged my fridge, but now Standard Insurance want to make if I am a **** about damages of my fridge by their contractors. Standard Insurance is really the most poor insurance company ever. I am a client of them for more than 15years without claiming, but now they make me out as a ***** ****. They appointed their poor contractors, who even damaged my walls and paintwork, for which photos was sent to them. I had repaired these on my own expenses. Sometimes I get the idea that insurance is tjommie tjommie with contractors appointed by them. Please people of South Africa, be sure that Standard Insurance is not recommended as a reliable insurance company. Their service, customer relations is of the worst ever. If you have a honest complaint, they make you feel you a ***** ****.
My pipes in kitchen was burst due to cold weather. Standard Bank Insurance allocate Ngishilo Trading to install new pipes and to replace ceiling that was damaged due to water. The pipes was replaced by their plumbers in good way. Then the so say carpenters of Ngishilo Trading came to strip old ceiling, and not even clean after them in kitchen. They left and came back after 3 days to install new ceiling. They damaged my Fridge /Freezer by scrath and dent it. When I ask them why they damage my fridge and tiles, the reaction of the one worker, was only, I am sorry. They not even cover my appliances, but work over it and do not care. They damaged my paintwork, and their reaction was that the insurance do not gave authorisation for the paint. The workers of Ngishilo Trading damaged my Fridge, tiles and paintwork, not the Insurance Company. They not cleaning the ceiling that was installed, was dirty with their dirty hands. The walls was full of handmarks as the not clean after them. They have no proud in their work, and have no respect for other people's belongings. If I was the CEO of Ngishilo Trading, I will not be proud on my workers, as they do not care, as long as the work is completed. I honestly want them to replace my Fridge/Freezer, as their people was responsible for damages. I will not recommend these contractors to do any work for you. This is the worst ever, and Insurance Companies must do away with such poor service delivery Contractors as Ngishilo Trading.
We booked in at ATKV Natalia on 3 December 2023, at 14:35. When we open the unit we stayed in, we notice that the floors, table, chairs and cupboard tops was full of hair and breadcrumbs. Look like the cleaners used the mop from unit to unit, without cleaning it, and I really think they used mop to clean tables etc. My wife went to reception to tell them. The lady said she will tell cleaners, but cleaners did not came to clean. Every morning after the unit was supposed to clean, it was still not clean as should be. I am of opinion that the ATKV to be renamed from Afrikaans Tall en Kultuur Vereniging to Alle Tale en Kulture vereniging, as there was diffirent cultures, who cannot even speak Afrikaans or English, and we as members have to pay yearly payments for a organisation which not have the standards as prescribed. There is really a lack of rules at Natalia. I will not recommend people to visit the resort as the standard is not what it was years ago. Management must take responsibility for supervision over personnel.
I had bought online an UPS inverter from them. Jevarne Mac Mahon contacted me by phone, and he was so helpful with my order. The service I received from him was excellent, and I received my inverter the following morning via couriers in the Free State. Well done, Jevarne. I can really recommend working with him anytime.
I had submitted claims three weeks ago and askedconfirmation that they received my claims. No feedback. I had resend several times now same claims with request of confirmation. Still no feedback. This is not the first time that the service of the I Wyze Gapcover personnel is of such poor service. I really feel that the staff working there, do their work, or step aside for people who is willing to work. The complaints centre is as poor as the I Wyze Gapcover personnel. Time that Top Management do something to the employees.
I had ordered items from Game online. They promised to deliver it to me before 5 December. Then they promised again on the latest on 5 December, I will receive it. Till now, I did not received my order, and I told them that I want to leave for Cape Town. They blame now their couriers for the delay. If so, they must get more reliable couriers, as it was not the first time that I did not received my orders as promised. The customer care of Game not responding to my requests for update, and they are the worst ever. I will not recommend Game online to any person. The service is the worst, as there is no service.
The service of Standard Bank insurance is one the worst ever seen or heard of. I battled 3 months with a claim, and now already two weeks to get a vehicle inspection certificate in. Every day I receive an sms that they waiting for the inspection certificate, and that my cover will be suspended. The people working there is too lazy to look into their e mails, as this document was sent by PG Glass and by myself already five times. I will definetely cancel my insurance with this company, because they have no service at all, as I had several problems now with them the past 4 months of a lack of service. I had contacted the CEO also now about the poor service. People must step down if they do not want to work. I had called several times, but I hold on for hours, without consultants answering. I had sent several, call me, and also no success. I shall not recommend Standard Bank insurance to my biggest enemy, as the service is poor.
The best service ever from this business. The friendliness and fast service from their staff. I ordered items from them at late afternoon. I am residing in the Free State, and really was I impressed that my items was delivered only the day after from Centurion. That is what I call service of the top. Other businesses can really learn from this business what is service and quality. Their prices is of the best also if you need items for your vehicle.
