SHipTu scammer or just incredibly slow? 2 months and waiting

I ordered in Nov 2020. It's now 1 Feb 2021. I bought an arm to hold a PC screen but still no delivery, no response from support, nothing. I'm worried I've been scammed. But I see some people say goods did arrive after months. I'm giving them a few more days to reply/deliver and then calling their payment providers to black list them. Too many complaints like mine. Yes, I only did checks too late, ... lesson learned.
