Shoe Care Eastgate, you rock.
I have used Shoe Care at Eastgate for years to service my watches and to my disappointment one of my watches went missing , it was not a cheap watch at all, they fully refunded me with a brand new watch same as one that went missing

Lousy Manager Worse Workmanship
Don't ever take yr shoes here, not expensive ones like I did. I took a brand new very expensive pair of Steve Madden red suede boots to hve the heel shortened. Not only did they not shorten the heel (I was charged for this btw) the guy who worked on my boots did not use gloves (I specifically requested that he wear gloves), so I was not pleased when collecting my boots, the heels looked like a rat had gnawed on them and the boots had black dusty fingerprints all over. To add insult to injury the Damager(manager) gave me the worst attitude. If you can't do the job don't take the job. Worst service ever. Literally.
