Vodacom Debtors needs to be audited. It needs to be inspected by the Consumer Commission for its poor management of customers' accounts. How can an eft payment disappear? Is there a black hole at Vodacom Debtors which we know nothing about? I'm asked for a POP. I've emailed ir to Debtors at least 10 times & still my query remains unresolved & still I'm our of pocket. My error was not paying Vodacom Pty Ltd but paying an Eft to Vodacom Debtors. Do not make the same mistake I did!!
The price of several items advertorial on 60Sixty which should be the same price at checkout is being argued by Checkers' helpline - the nonhelpline is what they shld be called. I bought a ferror richer cake. Advertised as R99 on the shelf & online but after I reached home I realized I'd been charged R125.99. Checkers nonhelpline tells me there are 2 different size cakes of that line I refuted the claim asking them to get the store to prove it. It's been weeks & it's radio silence fm Checkers Hyper Eastgate. But this is not the first time. 5 previous times I was charged much more at checkout than what was listed on the shelf. The previous 5 times I had the Xtra 30 minutes to wait for a staffer to go & look at the shelf price. Your service is bad. Do better please. And I want my refund. It's the principle!
If you in error make an efr payment to Vodacom yr payment is lost. Down some dark tunnel. It doesn't matter if you hve a POP. It matters less if you are a pensioner. Because you see not all animals are created equal. To OAPs a losr R345 payment may as well be a R3,450 payment. Trust me when I tell you Vodacom Debtors does not care at all. After 6 months of trying to get that money credited to me I must now turn to the Consumer Ombudsman in hopes of relief. Oh & btw I'm a 10 yr Vodacom subscriber customer!
10h12 on 27/10/25 On completion of my order as a seller I cannot process a payment to myself! To enquire as to why not yr phone number has a recorded message stating yr office is closed!! 010 005 6200 This is not good business. I've purchased goods when the business was Bid or Buy & it was a straightforward process. I'm left frustrated as a seller!! You need to improve yr systems dramatically. When sending an email to yr office it takes 24 hrs if not longer for me to receive a response I'm aggravated & not pleased.
Cash Converters Park Meadows - I've been dealing with this business for 10 years. In person. Yes I was disappointed briefly by their WA service however Cash Converters Park Meadows has triple made up for that. I find their business practice good ito prices received for gold. I do wish they were more generous on pricing for furniture but it is what it is. The staff are all friendly & approachable
I love Hisense products & have several in my home. I was very disappointed in the 2022 Vidaa 65" only because in my 7 yrs with Hisense I've never experienced one single issue with any of its products until the Vidaa. ONLY because Hisense SA has been a champion in dealing with the Vidaa issue & been so accommodating I will definitely continue to be a Hisense customer. I've recommended Hisense to my friends for the last 8 years & will continue to do so. Thank you Hisense for top tier 5 star service. I'm so appreciative. Natalie
It's my first and LAST time ever using Nedbank for loans of any kind. Nedbank could learn a thing or 5 fm FNB. Yr staff are rude & belegerint & sound like they work for a cheap mafia group. You send letters to clients without clear guidelines of what it is you need & the letters are always sent on 6 - 10th of the month leaving clients confused about what is needed. I've already urged every member on my street group (over 250 people) to steer away fm Nedbank at all costs. It seems the recent negative high court ruling & hiding against Nedbank & its shady practices has not impacted Nedbank in any way. You s u c k!
We are unfortunately back at square one. My hisense vidaa TV's red light flickers but the tv doesn't come on at all. Hisense this issue amongst others has been persisting for over 24 months. Hisense says my TV is repaired it comes home then a new issue arises. And so the cycle continues. I'm fed up with this now. Please collect the TV & see what's gone wrong this time. I don't understand why Hisense doesn't simply replace my TV?
This review is only based on the Cash Converters Park Meadows branch & it's WhatsApp channel. The branch is helpful with in person assistance. What's the point of yr WA service? We listed items for sale on yr WA number on 17 April 2025. To-date no response not even an acknowledgement of receipt of our WA to Cash Converters Park Meadows.
It's rare in this day & age especially in South Africa to find a top service provider. Then there's Yaga. All I'll say is they "are simply the best". Fm the ease of use of their App, their buy/sell option on to their range of products then there's the Yaga Support Team & buyer protection. Use their services. You will not be disappointed.
