Faulty merchandise
So i bought my son a pair of Reebok sandals in December?Only saw this weekend that both shoes are broken.<br> Went to the Golden acre branch,the cashier firstly looked at me ?didn't say a word looked at the slip?i then approached a guy working there as well ,and asked him if he can communicate with me re this,so he told the cashier to phone the boss..she dialed the belville branch where a lady picked up,she and the cashier spoke all i hear was NO THATS NOT MY JOB YOU TELL THE CUSTOMER ?so she hands the phone to me ask me what was wrong,i told he its not 3 months yet and the shoe is broken?Her response\No thats wrong?they only do returns within 7 days of the purchase?And said that the owner is in a meeting,and that she would contact me ones she has spoken to him.Its been 4 hours since i spoke to her,and still she has not come back to me...this is so unacceptable!What happened to customer service!will never do business with them ever!!!"

REFUSAL OF REFUND
I sent someone to buy me tackies on Friday 21 AUG 2015 and then he bought the wrong size, I go back yesterday Sunday 23 AUG 2015 to exchange,the size I want was out of stock, they were left with one which was on display and its too dirty, asked for my money back the guy who was working on Sunday was very disrespectful doesn't know how to talk to a customer, he said he wont refund Cos it was on sale. there was only two people working, a guy who refuse to give me his name and a lady by the name sizakele ... the guy also told me that if I don't decide to take other things in the store in five days they wont help me after that. I did go after one day of purchase but I didn't get any help what I get was being disrespected...I am angry by the way he treated me or talk to me now I want my money back.<br> <br> Looking forward to hear from you.<br> RUDZANI
