I started a free trial and on the day the trail ends they deducted money ,no notification!!! nothing!!!! I never agreed to sign up as a paying client. They just took the money! Showmax is a ****ing scam! there marketing is misleading.
So i bought my son a pair of Reebok sandals in December?Only saw this weekend that both shoes are broken.<br> Went to the Golden acre branch,the cashier firstly looked at me ?didn't say a word looked at the slip?i then approached a guy working there as well ,and asked him if he can communicate with me re this,so he told the cashier to phone the boss..she dialed the belville branch where a lady picked up,she and the cashier spoke all i hear was NO THATS NOT MY JOB YOU TELL THE CUSTOMER ?so she hands the phone to me ask me what was wrong,i told he its not 3 months yet and the shoe is broken?Her response\No thats wrong?they only do returns within 7 days of the purchase?And said that the owner is in a meeting,and that she would contact me ones she has spoken to him.Its been 4 hours since i spoke to her,and still she has not come back to me...this is so unacceptable!What happened to customer service!will never do business with them ever!!!"
